Secretarial office technology management is crucial for the success of any modern organization. By keeping up with latest tools and learning how to use them effectively, secretaries can increase productivity, improve communication, stay organized while providing a competitive advantage their The advancement during globalisation era resulted in development new skills secretarial profession.
